Hedron Crab is certainly the more flexible of the two because you can use it to enable your own graveyard, but both of these cards are fantastic mill engines for 60-card formats
What affects the value of Magnezone
The one thing I feel is missing in the set are reliable big X spells to close out the game, to capitalize on the sacrifice a token to make mana aspect of Kykar, but that doesnt outweigh the benefits I see in being able to create tokens and mana straight from the command zone
