Lambrusco Grasparossa Di Castelvetro Secco, Spiriti Folletti, Italy Orange Wines citrus fruitsA wonderfully fresh and characterful dry Lambrusco from the heart of Emilia Romagna, Spiriti Folletti is made from estate grown grapes in Solignano Vecchio by Tenuta Pederzana. Grapes are hand harvested and undergo a gentle two day maceration at low temperatures, followed by primary fermentation and four months' refinement in stainless steel. A second fermentation includes cold soaking for natural clarification, resulting in a clean, expressive wine.
